Products

We work closely with each designer to represent their work as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of many pieces, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.
Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Bruta Studios does not store full payment details.

Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. Title to the goods remains with Bruta Studios until full payment has been received.
