Change of Mind

We accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition, with all tags attached

  • Returned with all original packaging

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Bruta Studios.
