Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer store credit or exchange on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

To request an exchange or store credit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • returned with all original packaging

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Bruta Studios.
